About Achilles Plan: clavicle reconstruction
Measures the defect, shapes a graft from the stump's own cross-section, and fits a hook plate by brand, hook depth and length, counting screws in native bone and graft. It was built for a single case, and its plates are labelled approximate templates, not implants.
